NWA Southwest/Panhandle Wrestling Federation is now known simply as NWA Amarillo! Though the name is new, it's still hectic out at The Wrestleplex, as the stars of Amarillo's original promotion, Amarillo Championship Wrestling, try to take over the place. But the PWF boys still have fight in them. Who will win this epic contest for brand supremacy?
June 23rd is huge as NWA Amarillo presents Tag Team Wars 3. Tag teams from all over will compete in a huge tournament, with the winners receiving their names on the Hero's Cup, as well as a shot at NWA Amarillo Tag Team Champions Benny and JoJo Benitez. The main event will also see a triple threat match for the NWA Amarillo Heavyweight Championship, as "The Artist" Cody Jones defend the title against the former champ "The Prodigy" Jastin Taylor and NWA Amarillo Hall of Famer Prince Al Farat! Not only is this a huge show, but this is also a benefit show for Cribs for Life.
August 13th, NWA Amarillo will not only prove it's tough enough, but show that it is stronger than ever, as former Tough Enough contestant Ryan "Skidmarks" Howe steps inside the NWA Amarillo squared circle. But, he isn't coming alone, as the sizzling Jessie Belle Smothers, the daughter of Tracy Smothers, comes looking for her own fight.
