Chazz Stone defeated DC to win the Northeast Mississippi Championship.
Redneck Wrecking Crew (Ox Harley & Bully Douglas) defeated Bonecrusher & Cassanova Kid due to interference by Hollywood Jimmy Blaylock.
EPW Champion Buzz Harley defeated "The King of Nashville" Shane Williams to retain.
Hollywood Jimmy Blaylock came to the ring and called out Bushwhacker Luke. Luke came to the ring and said he was going to get Hollywood. Hollywood said he has friends and has a surprise. Hollywood calls out his surprise - out comes, of all people, Bert Prentice. Prentice said he had unfinished business with Bushwhacker Luke, but that they would finish it now - him and his boys - and then Prentice brought out Michael Gilbert, Justin Rhodes, and Matt Boyce. Things were not looking good for Bushwhacker Luke, but 24/7 (Kross & JR Mauler) hit the ring to even things up. This lead to:
Bushwhacker Luke/Kross/JR Mauler vs. Michael Gilbert/Justin Rhodes/Matt Boyce w/Bert Prentice & Hollywood. Wild, crazy action - match was finally thrown out.
During this show, Hollywood Jimmy was absolutely punked out, embarrassed, & humiliated by a kid from Arkansas, who did a rap number about Hollywood being fat. I will say no more except that it was hilarious - and HJB was PISSED! I understand that a clip of this incident will be posted here at Wrestling News Center soon, so all I will say is - stay tuned!
Next EPW event is THIS Saturday night at the EPW Arena on Highway 145 in Booneville, MS. Bell time is 8:00 p.m.
